Bathroom clean. Bed comfortable.
Room had a damp smell due to old carpets. Window wouldn’t open, limiting fresh air. Breakfast options were disappointing with tasteless food and bad coffee. Room amenities lack, with minimal furniture for a large space. Despite requesting a king bed, ended up with two pushed together.

The best and worst parts
The breakfast was delightful with various options for different diets, and the location was ideal for exploring city sights. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even packing our breakfast for an early departure.
Despite the positive aspects, the absence of elevators made accessing our room a challenge. the noise from nearby traffic disrupted our sleep, particularly when we opened the windows for fresh air.

The Double or Twin room was spacious, with a comfortable bed that offered great support for a restful night. I appreciated the clean bathroom. it had good water pressure and was well maintained. The hotel’s location near a tram stop made it easy to visit the city’s attractions. Staff were eager to assist, which made my stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the absence of an elevator made carrying my luggage to the second floor a bit tedious, and traffic noise seeped in at times, affecting my sleep. Breakfast didn't impress. it included some heavy meats and pre-packaged cheese that lacked flavor, making it a letdown after a long day of sightseeing. while there were highlights, some aspects could use significant enhancement.

We had an amazing time visiting the Charles Bridge and the National Theater! Breakfast options were impressive, catering well to everyone's tastes, and the room was quite cozy. The public transport nearby made it super easy to explore the city. Highly recommend trying the packed breakfast for early departures!
We faced a bit of an issue at check-in as the staff insisted we had reserved for two instead of three people, which was quite frustrating.
